Semi precious stones are delicate. Please take special attention and care not to drop jewelry or hit the stones with any hard or abrasive surfaces as this may cause scratching and cracks.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hand sanitizers, and cleaning products.

Minimize exposure to water by removing your bracelet while washing your hands, and remove your bracelet before you exercise or engage in strenuous activities.

Water, chemical products, and excessive sweat can wear the elastic more quickly, as well as damage stones.

Avoid unnecessarily stretching your bracelet to great lengths. Instead of stretching your bracelet over your wrist, roll it over and down your hand.

Finally, keep your jewellery safe by storing it in a cloth bag, away from other jewelry items and out of sun-light. This helps to prevent scratches on softer gemstones, prevent oxidization on pieces with base or precious metal accents, and stone lightening from prolonged sun exposure.

Please note that custom orders may be closed intermittently throughout the year to allow us the time and energy required for various markets and events.

The minimum cost for any custom order is $30, with a 50% deposit ($15). The final cost of each custom order varies by the individual's budget and the resources and time required to make the requested item.

We make sure to provide you with a quote and discuss various options with you before sourcing the elements requires to bring your dream piece to life.

In general, custom orders take between 3-4 weeks to complete from the time that we finalize your request and begin your order.

Larger custom orders, complex orders, or orders requiring rarer materials may take longer to complete. We try to be as communicative as possible throughout the process regarding what kind of timeline you might expect from us.

Yes. If something happens to your piece that's due to a fabrication error on our part, we will gladly repair the piece for you at no cost. However, if the damage was caused due to not following our jewelry care guidelines, a repair fee will apply.

All Rock Candii bracelets are strung with durable stretch elastic to make for simple daily wear. While we pre-stretch our thread, double-loop our work, and test every bracelet for strength before sale, our bracelets are still strung with elastic and accidents may happen.

We have a one-month restringing policy on all our gemstone bracelets strung with elastic thread. If your bracelet is to break during this time, please collect all of the pieces and contact us as soon as possible to discuss local pick up options. During this time, if elements are lost or missing, we will do our best to replace them. However, given the cost of certain elements, additional charges may apply.

If you need a bracelet to be restrung that was purchased outside of this one-month time frame, there will be a $5.00 restringing fee. This helps to cover the cost of the replacement string, as well as our time. After this time frame, additional charges will be applied to replace any lost or stolen elements.

Given we make multiples of some of our pieces, we do our absolute best to replicate the stock photos we use as closely as possible. However, please take note that all crystals and gemstones are naturally formed. No two gemstones or crystals are identical, and there is no such thing as a "perfect crystal."

We take time and care when choosing the crystals we work with, ensuring they meet our high quality standard. You may find natural inclusions, tiny dents, scratches, or mineral deposits.
